Rare warranty issues for the DynaVap G3 are handled on a case-by-case basis. This does NOT include glass damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper care, extreme wear and tear, or excessive abuse. To be eligible for warranty work, you will need your device’s UPC Code, which can be found on the packaging. Like all of our DynaVap products, the DynaVap G3 is covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Accessories used with the bundle can also be returned, but only with the vaporizer. We do not accept used accessories returned on their own. Unopened and unused items are also covered by our 30-day return policy.
