You will need your device’s serial number to be eligible for warranty work. This can be located on a sticker on the back of the box and on the base of the Crafty+. As with Everything purchased from Planet Of The Vapes, you are also covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We do not accept used accessories returned on their own. However, your items are eligible for return through our 30-day policy if they are unused and unopened.
