DESCRIPTION 500nm cross line grating carbon replica (waffle pattern) with Au/Pd shadowing. Replica is mounted on a 400 mesh copper TEM grid with a diameter of 3mm. This cross line replica has well-defined trench type grooves, which makes it easy to determine the 500nm pitch or the 2,000 lines per millimeter.
